Cooper Framing was established in 1990 by Randy Cooper.  Today it is managed by his daughter Amy.  Both have received extensive training in custom framing, and continue to update their education. 
Randy & Amy have both completed the M.L. Campbell
training program for coating theory & related product
application. 
Amy is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers & the Professional Picture Framers Association.
